Download this episode (42 min)
Many native English teachers have been in Korea for 5 or 10 years, but few have been here as long as Thomas. Way back in 1984, Thomas began his teaching career at a private high school in Kyungju. Listen as Thomas talks about his experiences as one of the few foreign teachers in Korea at that time. Learn about his homestay experience, how he met his wife, how their bi-racial son was treated in school, and much more!
